A little about me...

I've been a California resident since 1986. Growing up in the East Bay and attending school there, I’ve moved around the state, living in Orange County, San Bernardino County, Contra Costa County, Alameda County, and now Sacramento County. Living in various areas has helped me build connections with other investors and real estate professionals, as well as gain an in-depth understanding of each local market.

I attended high school in Fremont, California, and later pursued my studies at San Jose State University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. During college, I began my career in mortgage lending and became a licensed real estate agent. A few years later, I advanced to become a Real Estate Broker.

Having a Broker’s license has enabled me to assist many homeowners, offering guidance on buying, selling, and financing their homes. With over 100 transactions completed throughout the years, I have seen how unique each homeowner’s situation can be. Many homeowners are unsure about the best approach for handling their most significant asset — their home. Some aren’t comfortable with having strangers in their homes, others prefer to avoid paying real estate commissions, while some accept it as a necessary part of selling.

Through my experiences, I’ve encountered numerous homeowners who simply wanted to sell directly to a buyer and skip the hassle of open houses, commissions, inspections, repairs, cleaning, and unpredictable requests from prospective buyers.
