Our team rehabilitated this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,442 sq. ft. home. All-new exterior, interior, and mechanical repairs were completed. We added modern touches by using house numbers from a company called Modern House Numbers. The house was painted dark grey/charcoal with white trim, which we felt helped bring out a modern touch. Additionally, we installed exterior lighting with a modern feel.

The Client

Seller was a corporate referral from a Real Estate tech company. Our seller Patricia couldn’t manage all the repairs and deferred maintenance that had piled up over the years. She also wanted to relocate to a new community and have a fresh start. We also helped Patricia relocate to the Sacramento region and also represented her on her new home purchase.
