Our team completely gutted and rehabilitated this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1,000-square-foot home. We completed all new exterior, interior, landscaping, and mechanical repairs. To add modern touches, we used house numbers from a company called Modern House Numbers. We painted the exterior in a farmhouse-style white with black trim, which was becoming very popular in 2023. Additionally, we installed exterior lighting with a modern feel.

    Our seller, Russell, received one of our letters offering him the opportunity to sell his home quickly for cash.
