Our team rehabilitated this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 1,838-square-foot duplex home. We completed all new exterior, interior, and mechanical repairs. To add modern touches, we used house numbers from a company called Modern House Numbers. We also painted the exterior a dark grey/charcoal with white trim, which we felt enhanced the modern look. Additionally, we installed modern exterior lighting to complete the updated aesthetic.
